Legs Day!
A long day .... It started with a Portuguese Celebration parade (I'll call it my cardio for the day)
Then ... A late workout
I did a fairly light lift day ... I hadn't done a legs day in weeks! Let's just hope these bird legs of mine can grow ... Just a little!ð

Hello i am still working out but i was having issues with my tummy and feeling bloated and lacking energy- so i went to natuapathic doctor and we foubd out that i have many fiod sensitivities! I am eating things that agree with me but its been a struggle as i cannot have wheat, barley, oats, milk, rice and eggs! Crazy- but i feel amazing again. In about a month i will try to reintroduce some foods and see how it goes!
