Legs Day! A long day .... It started with a Portuguese Celebration parade (I'll call it my cardio for the day) Then ... A late workout I did a fairly light lift day ... I hadn't done a legs day in weeks! Let's just hope these bird legs of mine can grow ... Just a little!🙏 Oh ... Notice the quads veinage? Gotta celebrate the veinage! 💪 ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!

Hello i am still working out but i was having issues with my tummy and feeling bloated and lacking energy- so i went to natuapathic doctor and we foubd out that i have many fiod sensitivities! I am eating things that agree with me but its been a struggle as i cannot have wheat, barley, oats, milk, rice and eggs! Crazy- but i feel amazing again. In about a month i will try to reintroduce some foods and see how it goes!
