Rotation 2 of SBD training ahead of comp. Today was focus on technique over weight with 3 sets of 3 reps on squat, bench and deadlift. Some nice easy weights to statt with, next rotation is a mimic of comp strating at 80% of 1RM and working up to 95% over next 7 weeks
