This was a good workout but I am finding that I have to modify the movements some. A good back and biceps day despite feeling somewhat defeated. Backnis still unhappy with me but I am treating it woth care and caution. Onward we march.

Not bad for super depleted!! Tomorrow is a massive re-feed! Over 500g of carbs and some fats will checked in with coach Friday with pics to see if I need another day. Or not then back to depletion.. need to play with things for peak week!

Chest and triceps with cables and db. Slow tempo work. Focused on the stretch during cable and db flyes.
