I decided to sign up for the All Access BodyFit, but I see that you cannot add all of the bodybuilding.com workouts to your calendar. Some are on here to follow along with but you can't track them without first creating the workout in the template builder.

If you have follow my fitness journey I started with 153lbs and 35% body fat 4 years ago. I decided to compete in 2018 and my lowest weight was 119lbs. As natural and not in my 20s muscle grow is my problem. At my 45 transforming my body has not been easy. Happy with my results 2021 lets be normal so I can compete.
