Was going to rest today but read something from Jim S, and he said it is OK to train every day. Just target different muscle groups. So I am going to listen to my body- when I need to rest I will. Today I had to cut it off early due to this being a busy day at work. Had to deliver some urgent stuff. Pushed past 200K & that is good enough. Will start with Muay Thai tomorrow, and shoot for over 300K. Make it a mid-week persuasion FitFam.

Afternoon peeps another one in da bag!! Just under four miles again. Said hi to the sheep and the ducks! The cows were busy munching.... Think Minx needs to eat some donuts im shrinking and im not happy!!!! Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
