Hi guys! 3:45 am Shoulders, arms - 5 039 kg, 2 km walk. Went a bit heavier than last week, maybe I shouldn't have, but I couldn't resist, happy though. Well, I wish you all a happy, blessed Wednesday! :D

Morning fitfam hump Wednesday 🐪🐪 So apparently im a bit unwell at the moment....shocker.. been chucked on antibiotics and an aray of other meds to try and fight back. Still going to da gym though...not been told not too. Will tackle upper body today... Outrageously cold here in da UK but no snow yet where i am....thankfully.... Happy training all Minx 😈🇬🇧🐾🤒
