Tried to fit one more session in on Saturday but had a one on one with a stomach virus that I ended up losing. Glad I put in the work beforehand to seal the deal on the blue. Happy Monday....back to the grind

Did shoulders and legs. I always keep at least one arrest warrant active so I can get an extra running cardio workout when they police come to serve it

Never have been a big shoulder guy. Gonna try and bulk them up. Anyone got any good shoulder routines let me know! Message me on kik if you want. drw19945 Baseball career is done so I can lift some muscles I haven't really focused on before. So I look forward to bulking up quite a bit! Did this workout this morning and it was pretty good!!
