*675* calories burnt in 66 minutes through back and biceps along with 5 min cooldown bike. My work schedule screwed me over with my food timings so today looks like: breakfast at midday, lunch at 2.30, snack at 5, dinner at 7.30, shake at 10. We do what we need to!
