Did 30 mins ofcardio in the morning. A second 30 minute cardio sesion in the eveing before chest and tri's workout. I had just gotten up from a nap and felt a little sluggsh. Next time I will have a cup of coffee to be a little more alive.

Had a few friends mention this coffee "recipe" and loving it so I'm trying coffee with 1tbsp butter (unsalted), 1tbsp coconut oil and cinnamon... Did not hate it yesterday, but it was super weird. Trying again today to see if anything changes in my opinion. Kinda leaves a film in my mouth similar to captain crunch cereal, but coffee flavored and not gritty. 🤣😂
