“THE QUESTION US NOT HOW TO GET CURED, BUT HOW TO LIVE! 44/300. Dog sitting and their Dog wanted in on the Accountability picture too. 🤪 I ran a HIIT Cardio on out son’s carpeted stairs! Excellent news: No re-aggravation to my 7-week old FX middle Toe! Woot! I do believe it’s healed up!

I had an awesome workout tonight now i’m just chillin having a beer,eating and listening to some old jams. Some spm dre eazy e biggie cypress hill ect. I am doing fst7s but its tough at the gym when i am flexing and stretching between sets. I don’t want to be mistaken for a cocky muscle head ***** lol but its part of the program. Have an awesome weekend friends! ✌️👊💪💪💪
