Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The IG thought for the day is that the challenges we face make us better and stronger for the future. The workout today was cardio on the glider and then a full body band workout. Who says you can’t get that pump with bands. #PumpItUp

Ok I'm going to try to not take this all over the place but my life is a mess. 1. I do not know why I can not change my name on here from Keto Liones to diamonds_pearls_and_curls which is what I am on Instagram. I stopped keto for major health reasons only. So I am not Keto Lioness. Yesterday my sweet little Wednesday finally had surgery. The operation was at 6pm and she was home at 10:30pm. Trust me today I'm happy she is doing better. She is on pain meds and antibiotics. The staples come out in anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Apartment wise is all ****** up so I'm waiting now for a call and all I do is cry. If you have a chance go head over to my Instagram page I wrote a nice article about the importance of not neglecting training rear delts. Hope you all had a better Monday and Tuesday then I started my week with and hopefully the rest of my week will shine brighter.
