Post legs. Ended up busting a callus and bleeding all over the barbell during deadlifts lol On other news, photo with the birthday boy. 4 years on this earth 🐶🐶🐶 275 on squats and 335 on deads

Life isn't difficult, people make life difficult. Same with exercise and nutrition. Listen to your body, it knows what it needs and it loudly tells you what it doesn't need. Example: You know how ****** you feel after you eat that donut, thats not just guilt, thats also your body saying "please don't put that poison in me."
