What a journey!
Three months of training, hours of cardio, aggressive dieting, most excellent coaching by @mrrivas09 and incredible training from @isaiahh710 has come to this: A most fantastic experience!
The Contra Costa show was a small one ... I was the only one in my class. But I know that I had the most fun!

Then off to ...
â¡ï¸â¡ï¸ Ice Cream! Banana nut and Burnt Butter Salted Caramel in a fresh made waffle cone!
