Had a couple friends join me this evening for biceps, triceps, and abs. It’s fun to experience a different dynamic sometimes and I think we all had a good time. I’m sure they’ll let me know tomorrow. 🤣 I’m amazed at how quickly new things can be incorporated. It seems strange at first and then all of a sudden it’s like it’s always been that way.
