Well did plan on gym time today. But got stuck with babysitting duties at last minute. Not happy but it is what it is. Also i decoded to step on the scale today. Not happy about what it said. I have been eating really well and doing as much cardio as im allowed and the numbers rise. Ugh. Really hits hard. But going to keep trying. One day i will have the body im not ashamed of. For now light stay off lol. Have a happy sunday all.
