Today was my at home leg day workout. I put my dumbells to good use with squats, stiff legged db deadlifts, goblet squats, walking lunges, Bulgarian split squats, and standing calf raises. I used bands to do lying leg curls, and ab and aductor exercises. I forgot to do hip thrusts, which I’ll do next time. All in all, a good forgot to maintain my legs until I get back in the gym. I also did a 2 mile walk in the neighborhood before lunch. I hope you’re all doing well, and are making the most of your stay at home experience!

Visiting my kids in AU. Morning hike with my daughter and my granddog 🤣. Grilling steaks and maybe a drank or two planned for the evening with my crew. You guys stay safe..
