After a couple of weeks with iron, i tried some on-the-knees push ups and absolutely DESTROYED them. I haven’t felt this accomplished in my lifting in years!! Next goal is regular push ups by July 💪💪💪

Thursday, Back at my garage gym. High pulley cable crossovers, incline bench db presses, decline bench db presses, high pulley fat rope pull downs, fat bar high pulley push downs, bench dips, ez bar bicep curls, db palms up curls, db hammer curls, overhead bar hanging knee raises, three foot position calf stretches on an elevated wood block.
