This morning I worked traps and chest. The workout was excellent using fairly heavy weights throughout. Keep pushing yourself everyday!

IF YOU GET TIRED, LEARN TO REST, NOT QUIT. Been running low energy yesterday & day before. Barely pushing through my workouts and getting more rest, errands run, etc. Today I focused on starting with my hydrating 2-hours earlier in the day. Must have been helpful, because I conquered my 5-25 Upper Body workout in late morning with hubby (versus usual late afternoon). Definitely felt more energetic today! Then after dark, my running neighbor and I met up a HIIT run around the neighborhood! 30-minutes. We are trying to start running together twice a week, now that evenings and mornings are cooler. Goal: We will prepare for a 5K race this Fall! 👀
