So... I may have gotten my nips pierced this weekend... Can anyone else experienced with this piercing advise me on which exercises, if any, gave them trouble due to bumps or snags during the early healing process? I'd prefer not to find out the hard way in this instance.

Took a few days to rest with light cardio to recover some wrist soreness. I purchased some wrist wraps and lifted today. Still feeling a little pain but less. Have any of you dealt with wrist soreness? If so, what did you do or use? Its mostly pulling motions that hurt for me
