Thursday 8pm class, posting it now. I was able to film a bit while in class 😁. 1 hour kickboxing (on bags only - no contact / sparring allowed yet) plus strength training at the end of the class consisting of 6 sets of: 15 seconds Burpees with push-up and jump 15 seconds mountain climbers 30 seconds oblique crunches Finally slowly getting back to a routine feels amazing. Only missing the gym. Hope you have an awesome Friday fit fam! 💪🏻 🥊

And yet, another day without a workout. I guess this was supposed to be a rest week! I started my day with a one mile/2.5 km walk ... The brilliant sun at 7am bursts through my neighbor's young almond orchard. Then ... The day just ran from me. Later, I played "news reporter" for my radio group's news station, covering a scholarship presentation ... A local student winning a national scholarship ... Pretty exciting! Weather wise, it was an odd day ... Kind of like the "calm before the heat"! Cloudy, humid, but cool (96f/38c and 50% humidity didn't feel too bad) ... I captured a stunning sunset! ➡️ Tomorrow begins the real heat ... 108f/42c and 60%+ humidity ... For 10 days. Thankfully this weekend ... I'll be somewhere cooler ... TBA ... I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression. 😇 🙏💪 Now GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ GET A MASK! 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
