Hammies n back all done ✔️... very warm gym so fun time... very happy hitting 90kg on the Prime Extreme Rower!! The teenage crew just looked at me 🤣🤣 seated leg curl now 55kg for 2 sets getting stronger! Food increased now but cardio reduced ! Happy days. Lets get swole 💪 Phoenix 😈🐾🇬🇧
