Here is an incentive to drive to the Jacksonville FL area. I will sell you some of my used plates, two (2) one hundred (100) pound plates, two 45 lb plates. Used. I may consider selling my cable crossover. Why? My stack has 200 lbs but need 250. And only a low snd high pulley setting. I want to buy one with adjustible pulley heights. I live close to the beach and not far from Sawgrass. I am tame and not dangerous. Just a typical senior citizen on social security and medicare draining all your contributions. LOL

My weight has stayed the same , but i can tell im slimming down. I feel the strongest Ive ever been. This is my 4th time going through cutting the extra fluff from baby …. Hopefully this is the LAST!

About today...It was back day. Started with 245, 275, 295 and 315 deadlifts. Added variations of cable rows ( neutral, wide and one arm). Ended with high rep sumo deadlifts and pull ups. Keeping it interesting.
