..two of but a few important ppl in my life. Sirius Orion. named after a star system that ancient african tribes say Gods came from and the constellation the star chases across the sky. no better name for my last kid and this second half of my life. seems as if its been forever since jan 2nd and its been one hell of a ride. another dance wit the fauchi virus that makes 3x since this whole thing begun and still standing. cant begin to stress the importance of diet exercise and mental health. this round knocked me on my *** but i got up and ready to tackle 2022 full steam. time to get in best shape of my life for this move. 2023 gonna be an epic year. stay healthy stay motivated lets get it💪🏻💪🏻
