A littte but of bike ride flexing for Friday. My coach had me cut my ride back to my 10.8 mike short tide, my bird list is shorter as well. Plus Ii miss my regular trail walkers. So now its just to the 3rd park and back, with a set of 50-60 decline pushups with my feet up on a table. Recent highlights include Say’s Phoebe, Lark Sparrow, Western Bluebird, and a wily coyote. 8 weeks out!

Me and my big mouth...ugh!!! 2 1/2 days without power (including NO water!💦) in the summer...SUCKS BIGTIME!!!😩 It rained this morning, but the sun came out right when cycling class started.🚴🏻‍♂️👍🏻 I definitely needed it!!! Hope all my Fitfam affected by storm Isaiah are all safe!!!🙏 P.S. I am the one stretching all the way to left in the photo.😎 I never know when these pics are being taken.😜
