Down 15lbs this month. Feeling good BUT yesterday my warm up was heavy as hell 😆 had to get me a high fat day in. I forgot that i have to go light the day after my PSMF days. Today was way better felt great. I'll say one thing for sure its jard as hell to get 200gm of protien in with 30gm of fat but ive been doing it twice a week👍🏾... I LOVE THIS CARNIVORE EATING!!!
