Welp 6 weeks of bed rest turned into 12 weeks of bed rest🙄 Yesterday was my first workout and I am sooo sore this morning 😫 I was so excited to be cleared to workout -think I overdid it yesterday🤷🏽‍♀️ Maybe just some yoga and sauna for me today LOL. Happy Sunday everyone 😃

OK SO in all honesty, I need some advice. Y'all know I box in the evenings four days a week, and once in the morning on Saturdays. Is there a program that would be better to help supplement it? I'd like to be down some more weight before I have my first fight (which may be in March). Thoughts? Opinions? Advice? What are some programs you think might work for me, or that worked for you?

Was on my way home yesterday and stopped for gas. When I went in to pay, the clerk kept eyeing me 👀when i got to the counter, he says, “Sorry for staring, but has anyone ever told you that you look like Michael Jackson ? “ 😂😂😂. Well, actually they have 😂😂😂😂. Think people recognize The Thriller in me 😉 Got my longest run to date in a bit... 10 miles 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️. No worries 😉. I got this ! Have a great day and Don’t Stop Till You Get Enough 😉.
