Treasure everyday with your loved ones and friends. One of my friends and coworkers developed a blood clot this weekend and then had a stroke and passed today. Feeling pretty vulnerable as we all are.

Good evening fit fam. Not M.I.A. Enjoying 2022 staycation number one. Sitting here on the bodyspace sidelines cheering y'all on! Haven't hit the gym since Friday but staying plenty active as envisioned. Sunday, spent the day picking up branches in the yard from a violent overnight storm. Yesterday I helped my buddy wash and wax 2 of his classic cars for nearly 4 hours. A 65 Fairlane and a 89 Lincoln. Both in mint condition! God, that Lincoln is big! Today was a 2 mile walk with Maggie and some sunning by the pond with my alligator friend. Funny how people stop to "warn" me about the alligator who has shared my property as long as I've lived here. Fitness tracker says I've averaged 2800 calories burned so far every day this week. Not bad for slacking. lol Hope that everyone had a great day. Great to see y'all killing it! The iron will be waiting for me on Monday no doubt. Have a great night! Bob
