I almost died this morning! Freakin' Jim Stoppani! Apparently the workouts I had been doing have not been intense enough. I joined his challenge just to see if I can get to where I want to go. It was brutal but I believe it will be worth it in the end. No balls, no glory, I always say. Enjoy your Sunday, bodybuilders!
