G'mornin Fam! Haven't been on here in a bit but all is good. Tried a week of HIIT on top of my usual 18 hr day of non-stop crazy...epic fail 😳 A week off to recover from that crash. Lesson learned: Life is enough cardio for this girl 😆 Back to weights but adding in new ballet movements and BONUS...some goalie warm ups. Finally hitting the inner leg muscles I was missing before and feeling less pain in my hip. It's a win. Have an awesome day, FitFam! Love y'all ❤️🤗

Been back at my workout routine! Pretty heavy squat today but I actually move 190kg smoother than I thought ! Also bench was good with a good volume! Resting makes feeling better my shoulders and glutes! 💪🏻💪🏻
