Been a while since I worked up a good sweat like this. Introducing a little cardio back into the program will do that huh, @bodyworxgirl ?! 🤣 Leg day was amazing and even though I almost vomited I kicked those Tabata style sprints a$$!! Every day makes a difference. I love looking back and seeing how much can change in just a couple short weeks. ❤️ It’s worth it y’all. The struggle. The sacrifice. It pays off if you’re committed.
