I took the most beautiful photo tonight lying on the concrete in front of the house. Nothing shining but the moon. I posted a copy in my fitboard. I have completely lost my drive. Trying really hard to get it back. I have a budoir photo shoot scheduled for the end of November as a birthday present for my husband. I desperately needed to recommit to my healthy life, I needed to remind myself of some whys so I went digging through some old budoir photos. I have lost 40 lbs since the birth of my son, and I am 10lbs away from matching the weight I was in this sexy a$$ photo. Feeling a bit more motivated to hustle , but the fear of losing boobs and being left with excess skin is getting in my way of my original goal. I havent been under 180 lbs since grade 10. I have been considered obese since childhood. I'm absolutely terrified of the unknown.. of not knowning what my body will transform to look like. That fear of the unknown is so crippling, it makes me want to maintain a weight that I am not 100% happy with, but possibly happier with? The mental game of this journey is more challenging than the physical for sure.
