HappyThankfulThursday!!! Today’s IG thought is that we need to affirm ourselves rather than wait on or count on others to do that for us. If you wait on others you often will be disappointed. Do the right things and affirm yourself. It’s important that you feel good about who YOU are. Today’s work was 45 minutes on the glider with pull-up assist bands for added resistance. Then a lot of band work. Pushups using a pull-up band for extra resistance and a lot of leg work with bands. For pull-ups I wore my 30 lb vest.
