What up fit fam! Hitting the home gym early this morning. Finally recieved my G5S machine, which created some new energy. This home gym is pretty much complete. Today focused shoulders,chest, back,abs, and calves. Nothing but supersets!!! Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much love

Happy MuscleMonday!!! Today’s IG thought is that it’s more important to count you blessings than your possessions. The workout today was day 600 in a row and was 40 minutes of cardio on elliptical for Active Rcovery and then 1,500 land mine squats with a lift at the top because my body was feeling great.

We have a week of 80 degree weather. After all the fires, all the smoke, all the torrential rains, its a gift. Kayaks and cycling this week for me! So grateful!
