Dont be scared to post progess photos. Dont be scared to look at yourself in the mirror. For me personally seeing yalls progress photos during all the moments of your fitness journey, start middle end, drives me forward to smashing my own fit goals. It takesa certain amount confidence to post photos for the world to see and hold yiurself accountable. We all started somewhere! There are days where i dont feel like doing ****, days whwre my knees from my 3 knee surgeries want me to give the **** up! But i dont why? Because those moments of doubt I see one of YOU beautiful mofos out there killing it. Literally at all times! Someone is samshing their goals as we speak and in a moment i will se their progress photo and and like a forest fire its CONTAGIOUS! Thank you for being bad *** not being scared not taking the easy route! Nothing great ever came from doing something easy and growth hurts yall remember growing pains when we were kids. It will hurt to be the best version of yourself and as you prgress towrda that I will personally be motivated and applauding your journey. NEVER GIVE UP YOU ARE TOO IMPORTANT FOR THE GREATNESS OF OTHERS🤜🏽🤛🏽🏋🏻‍♂️🕺🍑🐅✊🏽🔥💯🏝

Im always a little hesitant to take a check in pic at night after eating all day😂 but, felt alright with it last night so figured why not. And now its 5:30am, so that means gym time🙌💪 have a great morning!
