Tomorrow my body will hate me, but today I am a frackin beast! 1x15 warm up Front Squats with Bar 3×100 calve raises on smith @ 225 lbs 2×15, 1x11 squats on The Squat Machine 135lbs, 155lbs, 175lbs Still didnt get 15 but thats 1 more rep than last time.
