My weight and bf% is up because I really hate logging and being accountable for my.food choices. That said... I am also really happy with my upper body and quad gains. I know I'm not very ripped, but the fact that there is even shape there makes me happy. So what if my lower belly is a bit floofier than I want...looks great clothed! 😁
