Happy ThankfulThursday!!! The thought for the day is if you want something and don’t go for it the answer will always be no. The workout today was 50 minutes on the glider, a full body lift then a couple hours later 30 minutes on the elliptical to burn off some unanticipated stress. Exercise the best drug ever.

We've lost thirty degrees in 24 hours. I am freaking cold. I think I will need to bring a warm beverage to the gym to workout. It's an uninsulated shed no heaters.
