MAPS program has officially thrown me over the edge.. Literally at the bottom of the page for the “Home version -Aesthetics” option it says “you will need access to a full gym to complete this”. I specifically purchased this bundle because it had a home version!! I’ve emailed them about this, and am looking into something new-AthleanX has always intrigued me- curious if any of you have used his programs before-any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! In the meantime.. my flex Friday.. on Saturday -cuz I’m like that 🙄Have a great weekend 🙃
