08/14/2020 - Arms. Kicked off the workout with cable pushdowns and single arm preacher curls. Close grip bench was next. Went with 15vrep minimum and an underhanded grip on the last set. Up next was cable curls with a short bar. Dips and banded barbell curls. Finished up with low-high overhead cable extensions and a 4 part curl.

Happy Friday peeps! I got back in the saddle this morning...1 hour of cardio/3.59 miles. Not crazy hot, but the humidity is a beast. Let's end this week with a bang, and get it freakin done! Rock on FitFam! Hope y'all have an epic wknd!
