Delts and Traps Night! The first time in a week since I've been back to the gym. I have been dealing with a head cold, that included a cough. Yesterday, it became the sinus headache from hell! Debilitating. Thankfully, I chose to work from home, cleared my nasal cavity with salt water, took some meds, and took an hour nap. In that time, my sinuses cleared and I felt like a champ! Today, I felt even better. And so, I went to the gym! For a Friday night, it was crowded! In fact, talking to the regulars that I see there on Friday nights, one of them commented that perhaps these people were not showing up on Sunday because of the playoffs, and so, wanted to get that big workout in tonight. I did get to witness a beautiful thing ... Someone completely racking their weights ... About 315 lb worth! I had to give him an "atta boy" for that!👍 ➡️ Delts and Traps results ... I got a pretty decent pump out of today's workout! I completed my 100 bodyweight squats and 100 calf raises. I can only do one set of crunches, leg lifts and hip thrusters. ➡️➡️ Check out these mind-blowing 🤯 sunrises! It makes me thankful for the dawn of a new day! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 It's Friday ... So that means ... You wear R.E.D: #remembereveryonedeployed Especially now.🙏☮️✌️ #skolstrejkförklimatet🌎 Because Mother Nature needs us!🙏🏔️🌄 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
