Reflect and give yourself some love! Like Bill Phillips says, “it’s what we do most of the time that counts!” UPDATE: Daughter is home visiting. While she pumped out an UBWO, I rode our Stationary bike. Was pleased to see my heart rates were soaring, even after a couple of days off for Thanksgiving! Here’s how it went down: Set 1-90% of my peak heart rate for my age. Set 2-95% Set 3-99% Set 4-99% Set 5-99%
