OMG! Been sitting on the couch in a 6hr webinar for work. Now to go burn some calories. Chest, abs, and cardio. I’d LOVE to go for a run, but the temp is rising outside this time of year and we traded the treadmill for an eliptical. Looks like it’ll be 45 minutes of Netflix on the eliptical for the next several months.

Smashed arms and back today.....looks like i have two weeks left at close gym before o start new gym. I am starting to see more definition in my arms thanks to keto diet.....diet on point...thanks fitfam for motivation:)
