Day#34/Session#31 Back/Traps/Abs Meal#1 Pre Workout .. Todays session Supramax sets which are quite hard but loved every min of it if coach was’nt there I prob would of cheated myself today but I’m super thankful he pushed me extra hard today Was able to hit a PB in rack pulls . Hope you all have a great day try to get that last rep in. 🦍
