Back and Traps Day at the gym! Actually I was there early in the morning, as I had a Portuguese celebration to sing for at a late morning Mass. And then I made the fatal mistake of going to the celebration, eating the awesome food, and then drinking way too much!🍷🤦‍♂️ But for now, I am living life! I had a pretty good session, thanks to pre-workout! Still gaining bad weight (as you can see) ... Checking to see if I still have wings 👐, but all I see is muffin top 🧁😜 ➡️Oh .... And it was a warm one! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
