🍂Sometimes the best solution is to REST, RELAX and RECHARGE. It's hard to be your best on empty.🍂 🦋"Living your best life" has nothing to do with cocktails or holidays. Living your best life is being surrounded by meaningful relationships, feeling fulfilled, and living a peaceful mind.🦋 🍂For this week's self-care routine I was in my introvert bag. I stayed home with my LED lights and my music, and I just relaxed. I went outside once and the beach ☀️ was too crowded, so I went to my gym pool at night. It's something about getting in the water at night with the lights 😍🥰.🍂 🦋I had a facial. That's how I keep my skin so rich and creamy and always glowing. I will always be team no make-up. I blast my non-Christian music 🎶 😜 and dance in my room nak... Like no one was watching 🥴🥴🦋 🍂I listened to the rain hit my window and then I found some relaxing rain sounds on YouTube. Turned my lights on and just read a book and after putting my headphones🎧 on I was listening to some more music.🍂 🦋I ate some good food AT HOME. Did some cooking and cleaning. Watch a few movies with my son and now I am recharged and ready for the work week.🦋

Hey fit fam! Wanted to drop in and say hope everyone is crushing their goals. I have been a bit MIA on my workouts. I have been going through some personal things and just have lost my drive and motivation on alot of things. Hope to get back at it soon hope eveyone has a awesome rest of the week💪💪

HHD ya bunch of BAs!!!! A very quick 1.5 mile run, a little chest, a little back, a little bit of calves, some of this and some of that and...BOOM, I'm done! Nice work out there today FitFam! Lets freakin get it baby!
