Today is a REST day for me. I went out with friends yesterday and although I did not indulge in any adult beverages unless you consider acqua panna a drink lol, those (grilled) crab cakes have me jet lagged. So not used to eating off my usually food plan. Good Morning Fit Fam, make it a GREAT day!
