Good morning friends! Happy Canada day to all of you north of the 49th parallel! It has been a bit of a struggle to be a proud Canadian during this Covid battle. (purely my opinion). it's the first day of the second half of the year. I do not like the person I was the first half and that person has to change. No longer can I allow very short lived pleasure jeopardize my long term good, No longer can I sit passively by hiding my head in the sand when faced with a challenge hoping that it resolves itself. No longer can I allow my emotions to drive me to poor eating choices. No longer can I allow myself to casually approach my responsibilities and not meet the obligations. No longer can I be a person who lacks follow through and never can be depended upon to do what I said I would do. There has to be a a change. It will not be easy, in fact it will be far from easy. However, it will be a time of growth, bettering myself, becoming someone I ilke again.
