Before I did my May eye surgery, i was averaging 10 Million LBs per month. Then the DVTs hit me in June and I have been told not to workout and lift. Well I am mid-way through August almost and surpassed 1 Million LBs and have done 30 hrs of cardio. I respect my Drs but since they couldn't believe I am still living, I know being in great shape and health had to help. Can't forget thanks to God most of all.

So yeaterday o got on the scale and it was up a pound or so. I was fustrated but told my self it was probably due to me eating late at night and i decided that today would be better. Got on today and was devastated. I have been busting my *** in the gym, meal preping, deinking water, amd soing everything right and went up about 3 and 1/2 lbs this week!! I feel defeated. My goal starting this week at 254 was to be down to 250 by the end and now look.
