Rise and Grind complete, loved it. Was perfect for home use and could be adapted for minimal equipment. What program should I go for now? Looking for something similar to Rise n Grind, 5 days a week, about an hour, no super sets 😂

Day 17 max30, sweat intervals maxed out 11:29. Got 4oz grilled chkn, 8oz sweet potato, 1 cup spinach, and a shake for post workout, will have another meal later. Getting on If again.

There is no workout for moving a 200 lb treadmill. My wife’s friend needed a truck and a back...45 minutes of working a 40 inch wide treadmill through a 36 inch door...🤔

Went for a little walk with the little 1. It all count. The time and distance is a little off. It was slow recording steps and forgot to stop the timer when i finished. But its something.
