Good evening fit fam. Back and bi's today for my turn it up Tuesday lunch escape. Pull-down edition. Did: 4 sets of WG pull-downs, 4 sets of CG pull-downs, 4 sets of straight arm/straight bar pull-downs, 4 sets of Nautilus Nitro pullovers, 4 sets of high pulley rows to chest, 4 sets of machine preacher curls and 4 sets of two arm DB curls on an inclined bench. Happy number for today was 185 lbs X 10 on the high pulley rows to chest - matching my best. Low to mid 100's on the other pulls. 80 lb machine preachers did the trick. Hope that everyone had a great day. With all it's flaws - still so glad to be a part of this great community and fitness site.
